Physical & Hand Therapy

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy is an essential part of overcoming musculoskeletal conditions. Your physician might order physical therapy before, after, or even instead of surgery. At OrthoArkansas, our licensed physical therapists specialize in orthopedic conditions, working with physicians to establish customized treatment protocols for a wide variety of conditions, including:

  • Sports and activity injuries

  • Spinal conditions

  • Joint replacements

  • Shoulder arthroscopy or replacement

  • Fractures

  • Dislocations, sprains and strains

  • Tendonitis

  • Work-related injuries

  • Foot and ankle issues

  • And much more

Physical therapy is available in Bryant/Benton, at our Little Rock-Midtown and North Little Rock locations as well as our Little Rock-Kanis location.

Hand Therapy
Hand therapy, also known as occupational therapy, is an integral part of healing conditions of the upper extremity. Licensed occupational therapists work closely with our hand surgeons to customize splints and administer treatment protocols specific to each patient.

Hand/occupational therapy is located just steps away from the hand clinic at our Little Rock-Midtown location and in our North Little Rock, Little Rock-Kanis, and Bryant/Benton locations.

To make, change, or cancel a therapy appointment for any location, you may call the OrthoArkansas Therapy Department directly by dialing 501-500-3700.
