| As the son of an orthopedic
surgeon, Dr. David Barnett learned at an early age that physicians
touch the lives of many people and help those people continue with
their normal daily activities. After receiving both his medical
degree and orthopedic surgery residency training at the University
of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, he began practicing orthopedic
surgery at Baptist Medical Center in 1981.
Married to his high school sweetheart for more than 30 years and
with three children and two grandchildren, Dr. Barnett enjoys church,
golf, athletics, and time spent with his family.
