| Dr. Richard Nix, a board-certified
orthopedic surgeon, believes there is to varying degrees an athlete
in everyone. An active runner and road racer, he is a veteran of
many marathons and triathlons. One of his greatest joys is helping
athletes of all ages return to action.
Dr. Nix developed an interest in medicine while in undergraduate
school, and completed his medical degree, an internship and a residency
at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He is the father
of four and enjoys being a Cub Scout leader and volunteering at
a summer camp for disabled children.
