Job Position: Accounting Clerk
Job Description: This position is responsible for the accurate and timely posting accounts payable. Will be responsible for inventory control; working with vendors and internal teams. Provides cost analysis results and ensures proper documentation of all data entry.

Accounting Clerk Duties
1. Data Entry for accounts payable and other misc spreadsheets.
2. Keeps a running inventory
3. Maintain and build relationships with vendors
4. Answers the phone for back gate entrance.
5. May be called upon to assist in researching posting errors by other departments.
6. Maintains compliance with all company financial control policies and procedures.
1. Must have 3+ years of accounting experience
2. GP Experience a plus
3. Purchasing experience or knowledge
5. Experience with inventory control, cost analysis
6. Must be able to work in a team environment
7. Medical knowledge preferred
8. Computer skills required
