Job Position: Call Center Representative

Job Description: Responsible for answering and directing incoming calls; scheduling patient appointments and mailing new patient packets.

Call Center Rep Duties

  • Answer all incoming phone calls.

  • Direct calls to proper employee, including transferring to extensions, voicemail, and overhead paging.

  • Route messages for physicians and clinical staff.

  • Schedule patient clinic appointments.

  • Mail new patient packets.

  • Cancel and reschedule appointments.

  • Assist in the cancellation and moving of clinics.
