Call Center Rep Duties
Answer all incoming phone calls.
Direct calls to proper employee, including transferring to extensions, voicemail, and overhead paging.
Route messages for physicians and clinical staff.
Schedule patient clinic appointments.
Mail new patient packets.
Cancel and reschedule appointments.
Assist in the cancellation and moving of clinics.
Pleasant phone voice
Friendly, yet professional.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with Windows-based systems.
Good organizational skills.
