Dr. Cayme was born in the Philippines and moved to Dallas, Texas at a young age. He served in the US Army after graduating high school and attended college part-time until his military commitment was completed. He then attended The University of Texas at Arlington and graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of science in kinesiology while working 60+ hours a week. It was during a college internship when he first learned about the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Cayme received his doctor of medicine from St. George's University School of Medicine. He completed his Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency at Hofstra North Shore Long Island Jewish School of Medicine in New York and went on to complete his fellowship in interventional spine medicine at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland Ohio. His umbrella of specialties include evaluation and management of a wide range of cervical, thoracic, lumbar spine, and general musculoskeletal disorders with the utilization of diagnostic imaging, electromyography, diagnostic/therapeutic injections.
