Payton Ransom, PA-C, is a National Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA). Payton earned her bachelor’s degree from Harding University in 2017. She then continued her education by successfully completing the University of Arkansas of Medical Sciences Physician Assistant Program in 2020, graduating with a master’s degree with honors in physician assistant studies. She served as the class president and received the Faculty Gold Key Award.

Payton began as a practicing PA with OrthoArkansas in 2020, working directly with a fellowship-trained spine surgeon, Dr. Justin Seale, in the diagnosis and treatment of injuries and disorders of the spine. She is an active member of the American Association of Physician Assistants and the Arkansas Academy of Physician Assistants.
