Gary Frankowski, MD

Dr. Frankowski has dedicated his career to helping patients reclaim their lives from the grip of chronic pain. For more than 20 years, he has proudly served the Arkansas community, offering compassionate, non-surgical care for neck, back, and joint pain. His mission is simple: to help each patient move more freely, live more fully, and get back to doing the things they love.

Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management, Dr. Frankowski brings a unique depth of expertise to treating complex pain conditions. His specialized training allows him to blend the science of pain medicine with a personalized, hands-on approach to care — always focused on finding the right path for each individual patient.

Dr. Frankowski completed his medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine and his residency in anesthesiology at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is proud to work alongside leading hospitals across the Little Rock region, including the OrthoArkansas Spine Procedure Center, CHI Hot Springs, CHI St. Vincent, CHI St. Vincent North, and CHI Morrilton.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Frankowski cherishes time with his wife and three children. Together, they enjoy hiking Arkansas’s beautiful trails and soaking up the natural beauty that makes the state so special — a reminder of the active, joy-filled life he hopes to help every patient return to.
