About Dr. Brad Hogate

Dr. Brad Hogate is a committed and compassionate anesthesiologist who is proud to care for patients in the state he calls home. Dr. Hogate grew up in Hot Springs, graduating from Lake Hamilton High School before leaving Arkansas to pursue his college education.

Dr. Hogate earned his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, where he studied mathematics and economics. He returned to Arkansas to attend medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, then completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of Kentucky.

He joined OrthoArkansas for the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team of anesthesiologists and surgeons with whom he has built strong professional relationships. Dr. Hogate has a special interest in regional anesthesia and believes in tailoring each anesthetic plan to meet the individual needs of every patient, helping ensure comfort, safety, and the best possible surgical experience.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Hogate enjoys golf, tennis, backpacking, and camping. He’s a lifelong Razorback fan and rarely misses a chance to cheer on the Hogs. He also spent many years playing rugby and now stays involved by coaching the Little Rock Men’s Rugby Club. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children while exploring everything the great state of Arkansas has to offer.
