We’re Building Something Big in North Little Rock

On February 11, OrthoArkansas broke ground on a new outpatient surgery center in North Little Rock – and we couldn’t be more excited about what it means for our patients and our community.

This isn’t just a new building. It’s a major investment in the future of orthopedic care in Arkansas, and a direct reflection of our commitment to making high-quality, patient-focused care more accessible than ever.

What’s Coming

The new facility will span just over 47,000 square feet and is being built with both capacity and comfort in mind. When complete, it will include:

  • 10 operating rooms
  • 20 pre-operative bays
  • 20 PACU recovery bays
  • 3 overnight stay rooms

The building has also been designed with future growth in mind – with room to add up to four additional operating rooms as patient needs continue to expand across the region.

Why It Matters

“This new surgery center represents an important investment in the future of orthopedic care in our community,” said Dr. Kirk Reynolds, President of OrthoArkansas. “Our goal is to continue providing high-quality, patient-focused care in a modern environment that improves efficiency while helping reduce costs for patients.”

That balance – clinical excellence and cost-effectiveness – is at the core of everything we do. As a physician-owned practice, our decisions are driven by what’s best for patients.

What’s Next

Construction is expected to be completed in 2027. We’ll keep you updated as the project progresses.

In the meantime, OrthoArkansas continues to serve patients across Arkansas with board-certified, fellowship-trained specialists in joint replacement, sports medicine, spine, hand and upper extremity, shoulder, foot and ankle, orthopedic urgent care, and workers’ compensation services – with expert care close to home, wherever you are in the state.
