Meet Dr. Wyatt

It could be said that medicine chose Dr. Jonathan Wyatt as opposed to the other way around. After graduating as valedictorian from Little Rock J.A. Fair High School, he continued on to the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. While playing baseball for the Bears, he sustained an elbow injury that ended his athletic career. As the well-known phrase goes, "when one door closes another opens." He became intrigued by the world of orthopedics, and thus began his career in medicine.

Dr. Wyatt went on to receive his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. He later completed a sports medicine fellowship at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. There he received advanced training in shoulder and knee arthroscopy, and was able to help provide orthopedic care for the University of New Mexico athletic program.

Dr. Wyatt enjoys seeing patients of all ages and treats an array of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. His areas of concentration include shoulder and knee arthroscopy, pediatric and adolescent sports injuries, partial knee replacement, total knee replacement and shoulder replacement. Dr. Wyatt loves his work and feels truly blessed to be able to help people in this way.

Dr. Wyatt is now performing MAKO Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgery.

A native of Little Rock, Dr. Wyatt enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, as well as exercising and playing a few rounds of golf whenever possible.
