About Dr. Rodrigo Cayme

Dr. Cayme was born in the Philippines and moved to Dallas, Texas, at a young age. He traveled the world while he served in the U.S. Army after graduating high school and attended college part-time until his military commitment was completed.

He completed his undergraduate education at The University of Texas at Arlington and graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology while working 60-plus hours a week in the medical field. It was during a college internship when he first learned about the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation.

Dr. Cayme received his doctor of medicine from St. George’s University School of Medicine. He completed his Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency at Hofstra North Shore Long Island Jewish School of Medicine in New York. He sought additional training with a fellowship in interventional spine medicine at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio, where he served as chief fellow.
